Return Eligibility

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was shipped.
