At Pokemonia, we offer pre-order products to allow customers to reserve upcoming releases before they become available. This Pre-Order Policy explains the terms and conditions that apply to all pre-order purchases made through our website.

What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is an order placed for a product that is not currently available for immediate shipment but is expected to become available at a later date.

By placing a pre-order, you agree that you understand the product will ship after the official release or availability date.

Pre-Order Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time the pre-order is placed unless otherwise stated.

  • Your payment method will be charged when your pre-order is successfully completed.

  • Pokemonia reserves the right to cancel pre-orders if payment cannot be successfully processed.

Release Dates & Shipping

  • Estimated release dates are provided by manufacturers and suppliers and may change without notice.

  • Pokemonia is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

  • Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available.

Orders Containing Pre-Order Items

If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available unless separate shipping is arranged.

Additional shipping charges may apply if you request items to be shipped separately.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-order cancellations may be requested before the product enters the fulfillment process.

Once a pre-order has been prepared for shipment or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

Refunds for Pre-Orders

If a pre-order product is canceled by Pokemonia due to supplier issues, availability changes, or other circumstances, customers will receive a refund to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Product Changes

Manufacturers may update product details, packaging, artwork, specifications, or release information after a pre-order has been placed. Pokemonia is not responsible for manufacturer changes.

Limited Availability

Some pre-order products may have limited quantities. Placing a pre-order does not guarantee availability if supplier allocation changes unexpectedly. In such cases, Pokemonia will notify affected customers and provide available options.
